Referral
for evaluation is received and Administrative Data collected on Day One.
Days Two to Six the evaluator collects the data for the appropriate Modules
and Interviews both the child and family members. The completion of a
Module involves assigning a Summary Score rating the severity of problems
found in that Module. Once a Summary Score is selected Recommendations
based on the severity are displayed and the evaluator may chose the ones
that are most appropriate.
